Abstract: San Jose is an economic and cultural, along with a political hub located in silicon valley, and it’s the largest city within northern California. It’s got a population of about 1 million, which makes it the third most-populous location in the city of California. It’s in the center of the Santa Clara Valley, and it’s on the southern area of the San Francisco Bay, and it’s a global city that’s notable for the innovation and affluent people. Since the place is a wonderful climate, many flock to there, but the cost of living is extremely high compared to other areas. It does have a booming tech industry, however, and it’s got an amazing high tech industry, and a great political, cultural, and economic center. It’s one of the wealthiest cities in the US and has the third-highest GDP per capita in the world currently. The San Jose area has the most millionaires and billionaires per capita. The average home price is about 1 million dollars. It’s got the most expensive housing market in the US, and the fifth most expensive housing in the world currently. There are many major tech companies that are here, such as eBay, Adobe Systems, Paypal, Acer, and Samsung, which accounts for the super booming industry this area has. Since before the Spanish arrived, the San Jose area was inhabited by the Ohione people, but it was originally founded in 1777 as the Pueblo de San Jose de Guadalupe, which was the first city founded in this area. It was originally a part of Mexico in 1821, but then, it was ceded to the US in 1848. the real boom in this area happened after World War II, since there was a huge population growth, along with the annexation of cities and communities during the 1950s and 60s. The growth of this technology and other movements created a new transition from an agricultural hub to an urbanized area. In 1990, it was officially surpassing the San Francisco area as the most populous city in the northern California area. By the 1990s, this area became the center for high tech and internet industries, and it’s California’s fastest-growing economy. There are many beautiful parks in this area, which it is known for, and they include Japantown, the Rose Garden, Burbank, Winchester, Seven Trees, Coyote Valley, and the Alameda. This place has about 15,000 acres of park land in the city limits, and it’s quite expensive. The oldest park here is the Alum Rock Park, which was originally established in 1872. It currently has the 11th best park system that is out there, according to the park system in current US cities. This means that not only are you going to get a city with booming industry that everyone can enjoy, but there is a lot of beauty and potential for wealth in this place. For anyone looking to move here, remember it is expensive, but it’s perfect for investors and owners looking to have a great area too.
